Description Murine GM-CSF (Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 124 amino acid residues.

Application Details

Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 µg/ml), ELISA (2-3 µg/ml), and neutralization assays (0.05-0.5 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Purification Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant murine GM-CSF. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized murine GM-CSF matrix.
Buffer Supplied as 100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-murine GM-CSF polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
