    Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
    Specificity
The antibody detects endogenous level of Ezrin only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 353.
    Immunogen
Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr353 (Q-D-Y (p) -E-E) derived from Human EZRIN. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
