Additional Information

Alternative name CHK2
Immunogen Recombinant CHK2 protein
Cross-Reactivity Human
Isotype IgG
Description CHK2 controls cell cycle checkpoint and may participate in transduction of the DNA damage and replicational stress signals. CHK2 belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family and its kinase actibity is up-regulated by autophosphorylation, It is phosphorylated rapidly in response to DNA damage and to replication block.
Specificity ABIN137205 is specific for human CHK2 protein.

Application Details

Application Notes For western blot, use 1:1000 dilution to detect CHK2 protein in ~20-40 ug total cell extract.
