| Application Notes | This antibody is prediluted for Immunohistochemistry use. This antibody can also be used in IMMUNOBLOT when diluted 1:5-1:10 times. Not applicable. Not applicable. The prediluted antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. For paraffin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) (tissue sections, we recommend an incubation time and temperature of 30 minutes at 37°,C for this antibody, when used in conjunction with GeneTexs immunoperoxidase staining kit. PREDIGESTION OF FFPE TISSUE SECTIONS WITH PROTEOLYTIC ENZYME IS RECOMMENDED. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. |
