Application Notes ELSA: 1/32000. WB: 1-3 ug/ml. ~50 kDa and ~37 kDa bands are observed?in human brain lysate after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Calculated MW is 50kDa according to NP_065855. Both bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
