|
GSA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Supershifts a specific methyl-CpG complex. ICC: Use at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for positive nuclear staining in NIH3T3 cells fixed with 100% methanol. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5-2 ug/ml on RIPA lysates from 3T3/A31 cells (ECL). Detects a band of approximately 97 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
