    ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
    Specificity

p27 Kip1 (Phospho-Ser178) Antibody detects endogenous levels of p27 Kip1 only when phosphorylated at Ser178.

    PhosphorylationH:S178, M:S178

    Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
    Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human p27 Kip1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser178.
    Isotype
    IgG
