Characteristics Cellular Localization: Cell membrane.
Purification Ascites.
Background This product is useful for the detection of members of the cadherin family or genetically engineered proteins containing the C-terminal cadherin tail, and for demonstration of adherens type cell-cell junctions regardless of their cadherin type.
Research Area Extracellular Matrix, Signaling, Cytoskeleton
Application Notes IF: Use at a dilution of 1/500 using cultured MDBK cells. IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1/500. Perform enzymatic antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). WB: Use at an assay dependant dilution. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
