Description: HIP55 possesses a SCAD domain that binds to polymerized actin and an SH3 domain. The latter is suggested to bind to Dynamin 1, a protein involved in the mechanism responsible for the formation of endocytotic vesicles.

Application Notes: WB: Use at a concentration of 1-3 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
