Immunogen Synthetic peptide: AANLSRNGPALQE (Human).
Isotype IgG
Cross-Reactivity Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Purification Immunogen affinity purified
Alternative Name Drebrin-like protein (DBNL)
Background HIP55 possesses a SCAD domain that binds to polymerized actin and an SH3 domain. The latter is suggested to bind to Dynamin 1, a protein involved in the mechanism responsible for the formation of endocytotic vesicles.
Application Notes WB: Use at a concentration of 1-3 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml
Buffer 0.5% BSA, Tris-saline. pH 7.3
Preservative Sodium azide
Storage -20 °C
