Background This protein is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic filaments. Its function has not been identified.
Application Notes ELISA: Peptide ELISA (antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000). Western Blot: Consistent band observed in HepG2, 293, Human Testis and Human Kidney at approx 25-30 kDa with 1 hour incubation of primary.
