Immunogen Peptide with sequence RQHARLRVCQKIEKL, from C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_055235
Isotype IgG
Purification IgG fraction. Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide..
Alternative Name Dickkopf-4 (DKK4)
Background This gene encodes a protein that is a member of the dickkopf family. The secreted protein contains two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its interactions with the Wnt signaling pathway. Activity of this protein is modulated by binding to the Wnt co-receptor and the co-factor kremen 2. [provided by RefSeq]
Synonyms: MGC129563, 27121, DKK4, 605417, Q9UBT3, DKK-4, MGC129562, DKK 4
Application Notes Western Blot-Approx 30-35kDa bands seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml. Please note that literature indicates DKK4 is detected as three major immunoreactive species of approx. 40 kDa [form (i)], 30-32 kDa [form (ii)] and 15-17 kDa [form (iii)]. We believe this antibody will recognise 30-32kDa species of DKK4.
