Application Notes: Western Blot-Approx 30-35kDa bands seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml. Please note that literature indicates DKK4 is detected as three major immunoreactive species of approx. 40 kDa [form (i)], 30-32 kDa [form (ii)] and 15-17 kDa [form (iii)]. We believe this antibody will recognise 30-32kDa species of DKK4.
