Purification Protein A purified
Alternative Name Drebrin (DBN1 Antibody Abstract)
Background Drebrins are actin-binding proteins, that are developmentally regulated in the process ofneuronal growth. Three isoforms, E1 and E2 (embryonic) and A (adult) are generated byalternative RNA splicing from a single debrin gene in the chicken brain. The expressionpattern of each isoform is regulated spatially and temporally in the developing brain. Ithas been suggested that debrin is one of the intracellular regulators of the neuronalmorphogenesis (4). Debrin has also been detected in other kinds of non-neuronalhuman and bovine tissue but its exact role is unknown. Alternate Names: anti-D0S117E antibody, anti-DBN 1 antibody, anti-DBN1 antibody, anti-Developmentallyregulated brain protein antibody, anti-DKFZp434D064 antibody, anti-Drebrin 1 antibody, anti-Drebrin E antibody, anti-Drebrin1 antibody, DrebrinE antibody.
