Alternative Name MRE11
Background Mre11 is an 80 kDa protein that acts as a Mn+2 dependent double stranded DNA 3'-5'exonuclease and a single stranded DNA endonuclease. It is part of a larger complexwith Rad50, p95 (nibrin) and possibly other associated proteins involved in the nuclelyticend-processing of double strand breaks and telomere maintenance. Alternate Names: anti-Ataxia-telangiectasia disorder-like antibody, anti-ATLD antibody, anti-MRE11aantibody, anti-MRE11b antibody.
Gene ID 4361
Application Notes Suggested working dilutions: immunofluorescence 1:100,immunoprecipitation 1-5 ug/ml,Western Blot 1-5 ug/ml,Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 1:100. Positive Controls: T24 cells
Restrictions For Research Use only
