Additional Information

Alternative name HPGD
Gene ID 3248
Immunogen Purified type I human placental 15-PGDH protein.
Cross-Reactivity Human
Description 15-Hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase (15-PGDH) is a novel tumor suppressor in theCOX-2 pathway. The protein is found in many normal tissues and appears to bedown-regulated in colorectal and lung carcinoma tissue. Alternate Names: anti-Prostaglandin dehydrogenase 1 antibody, anti-PGDH antibody, anti-HPGDantibody, anti-PGDH1 antibody, anti-15 PGDH antibody, anti-15-hydroxy prostaglandindehydrogenase antibody, anti-15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase [NAD+]antibody.
Specificity This antibody is specific for 15-PGDH. Species Reactivity: This antibody reacts with human 15-PGDH protein. No other species have been tested. Localization: Cytoplasmic.
