Application Notes Western Blot 1:1000, Simple Western 1:25, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:100, Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)This GAPDH Antibody (1D4) is useful for Western blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry was reported in scientific literature. In WB a prominent band can be seen at approximately 38 kDa. This antibody makes an excellent loading control for Western blot experiments. Use in immunprecipitation reported in scientific literature (PMID 24032460). Use in chromatin immunoprecipitation reported in scientific literature (PMID 25802280). In Simple Western only 10 - 15 μL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
