Immunogen Recombinant human CHAF1B [UniProt# Q13112]
Clone SS 53
Isotype IgG1
Purification Unpurified
Alternative Name CHAF1B (CHAF1B Antibody Abstract)
Background Gene Symbol: CHAF1B
Molecular Weight Theoretical MW: 60 kDa
Gene ID 8208
UniProt Q13112
Application Notes Western Blot 1:100-1:2000, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation 1:10-1:500This CHAF1B (SS 53) antibody is useful in Western blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence was reported in scientific literature. In WB a band can be seen at ~60 kDa. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
