Description
|
The p53 tumor suppressor activates either cell cycle arrest or apoptosis in response tocellular stress. A novel gene, PERP, is expressed in a p53-dependent manner and athigh levels in apoptotic cells compared with G(1)-arrested cells. PERP induction islinked to p53-dependent apoptosis and is directly activated by p53. These data suggestthat PERP is a novel effector of p53-dependent apoptosis. Alternate Names: anti-PERP antibody, anti-PERP antibody, anti-TP53 apoptosis effectorantibody,anti-HGNC:17637 antibody, anti-KCP1 antibody, anti-KRTCAP1 antibody, anti-PIGPC1antibody, anti-THW antibody, anti-dJ496H19.1antibody, anti-1110017A08Rik antibody,anti-RP3-496H19.1 antibody, anti-keratinocytes associated protein 1antibody.
