Additional Information

Immunogen A/J mouse splenocytes
Format Purified
Isotype IgG1, IgG1 kappa, kappa chain  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone AF3-12-1
Description The AF3-12.1 antibody reacts with the H-2K MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2K haplotype. H-2K is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The AF3-12.1 antibody does not cross-react with other haplotypes (b, d, f, j, p, q, r, s, u, v). Distribution: Nucleated cells of the H-2k haplotype Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class I Structure: MHC class I

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Product Information
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C.
Restrictions For Research Use only
