Additional reported (for the relevant formats) applications include: immunoprecipitation, and enhancing CD3 induced IFN-gamma production and partially block CD84-Ig binding to lymphocytes. The LEAF(TM) purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (ABIN179942).
