Additional Information
| Alternative name | OX40 Ligand (CD252| OX40L) |
| Isotype | IgG1, kappa chain |
| Clone | 11C3-1 |
| Description | OX40 ligand (OX40L) is a 35 kD type II transmembrane protein which belongs to TNF superfamily, also known as gp34, CD252, CD134L or TNFSF4. The OX40 ligand is expressed on activated B cells, activated endothelial cells, mature dendritic cells, activated CTLs, activated mast cells, and airway smooth muscle cells. OX40 ligand interacts with OX40 antigen (CD134) expressed predominantly on activated T cells to regulate T cell proliferation and differentiation, and to enhance immunoglobulin secretion by activated B cells. Distribution: Activated B cells, activated endothelial cells, mature dendritic cells, airway smooth muscle cells Function: B-cell/T-cell interaction, costimulation Synonyms: Gp34, OX40L, CD134L, CD252, TNFSF4 Structure: NGF/TNF superfamily, 35 kD |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per million cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
