Background P40 or cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (p40cdk6), also known as PLSTIRE, is part of a family of proteins designated as cdks which are critical regulators of cell cycle progression. Application Notes Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): use Protein G and Ab at 2g/mg proteinlysate. Not suitable for Kinase assay. Western Blotting: Ab 1-2g/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistology on frozen sections. Recommended positivecontrol: Ls174T Cells.
Other applications not tested.
