Description
|
The 5' to 3' double-strand DNA exonuclease (Exo1) is coded by EXO1 gene. It was identifiedin Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a gene encoding an exonuclease that interacts withmeiosisspecific MutS homologue (MSH2) and functions in mismatch repair and geneticrecombination.
