Description The 5' to 3' double-strand DNA exonuclease (Exo1) is coded by EXO1 gene. It was identifiedin Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a gene encoding an exonuclease that interacts withmeiosisspecific MutS homologue (MSH2) and functions in mismatch repair and geneticrecombination.
Specificity This antibody detects Exo1. Cellular Localization: Nuclear. Species: Human, Mouse. Others not tested.

Application Details

Application Notes Western Blotting (Ab.1 - 2 ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Recommended positive control: MCF-7 andMAD109. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 0.2 mg/ml
Buffer 10 mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2 % BSA and 15 mM sodium azide.
Storage Store the antibody at 2 - 8 °C up to one month or in aliquots at -20 °C for longer. Avoidrepeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
