Description
Expression of the invariant chain of the HLA-DR antigen (CD74) by B-lymphocytes begins inthe pre-B stage but lost before the final differentiation to plasma cells.
Specificity
This antibody detects CD74. It has been shown to be useful in the differential identification in non-Hodgkin'slymphomas of the B-lymphocyte phenotype. It recognizes B-lymphocytes and many B-celllymphomas. Cellular Localization: Cell membrane. Species Reactivity: Tested: Human and Baboon. Does not react with Rat.
