Purification Protein A chromatography
Alternative Name Bcl-2-Like 1 (BCL2L1 Antibody Abstract)
Background Bcl-X has two isoforms, Bcl-XL (long) a 241 amino acid protein and Bcl-XS (short) a 178 amino acid protein lacking a 63 amino acid domain that is well conserved among members of the Bcl-2 family. Bcl-XL represses cell death, while Bcl-XS favors cell death.Synonyms: BCL2L, BCL2L1, BCLX, Bcl-2-like protein 1, Bcl-x, Bcl2-L-1, bcl-xL, bcl-xS
