| Application Notes | Immunofluorescence (1). Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): use Protein G, 2 g/mg protein lysate. Western Blotting (1) (reduced and non-reduced): 0.5-1.0 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Positive Control: SW156 cells. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
