Background Protein gene product 9.5 is a ubiquitin C-termianl hydroxylase found in neurons and nerve fibres of central and peripheral nervous system, many neuroendocrinal cells, segments of renal tubules, spermatogonia, leydig cells of testis, and ova. Application Notes Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/10 for 60 min at RT, staining ofFormalin-Fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: Small intestine.
Other applications not tested.
