Application Details
| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/10 for 60 min at RT, staining ofFormalin-Fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: Small intestine. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
