Immunogen Human IL-10 expressed by COS cells. Genename: IL10
Clone JES3-12G8
Isotype IgG2a
Characteristics Synonyms: IL-10, CSIF, TGIF, Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor
Purification Affinity Chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name Interleukin-10 / IL10 (IL10 Antibody Abstract)
Background IL-10 is expressed by activated CD8+ peripheral blood Tcells, activated T-helper CD4+ T cellclones mast cells, B cell lymphomas and LPS activated monocytes. This clone is reportedto neutralise the effects of IL-10.
UniProt P22301
Application Notes ELISA. Western Blot (1/100-1/250). Flow Cytometry: Use 10 µl of the working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100 µl (Membranepermeabilisation is required). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (1/100): This product does not require proteindigestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. Enzyme pretreatment using pronase or heattreatment using 0.01M citrate buffer pH6 can be used. Recommended Positive Control: Human Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
