Background Cyclin D1 or PRAD-1 or bcl-1 is one of the key cell cycle regulators, and functions in association with cdk4 and/or cdk6 by phosphorylating the Rb protein. Application Notes Immunofluorescence. Immunoprecipitation: use Protein A and Ab at 10 g/mg proteinlysate. Western Blotting: Ab 5 μg/mL 2HR. RT. Recommended positive control: MAD109cells, Breast Carcinoma or Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
