Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Indirect: To detect hWNT-3a by indirect ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/mL is required. In conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hWNT-3a. Sandwich: To detect hWNT-3a by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/mL is required. In conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-HumanWNT-3a as a detection antibody, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hWNT-3a. Western blot: 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL (reducing and non-reducing conditions). Neutralisation.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Handling

Reconstitution: Restore in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage: -20 °C

Storage Comment: Store the lyophilized antibody at -20 °C. Following reconstitution it is stable for two weeks at 2-8 °C. Frozen aliquots are stable for 6 months when stored at -20 °C.
