Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 250kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 248kDa according to Human NP_003096.1, and 247kDa accordnig to Mouse NP_035566.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
