DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 45-48 kDa band in human heart lysate at 1 μg/mL. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of 70.6 kDa according to NP_056318.1. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
