Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Shown to recognise recombinant mSPHK1 (detected as a ~45kDa band in nuclear lyastes of HeLa cells). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml. Immunoprecipitation: EB05266 has been used in nuclear lysates of HeLa cells and a band of ~45kDa band has been detected, see Igarashi N. et al. 2003: Figure 2B), PMID: 12954646.
