Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave 3 bands at approx 150kDa, 125kDa and 100kDa in human brain lysates at 0.1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 120kDda and 116kDa according to NP_003379 and NP_115797. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
