Application Notes:

Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Skeletal Muscle shows pixulate staining in the fibres. Recommended concentration, 3-6 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 25-30 kDa band observed in Human Skeletal Muscle lysate (predicted MW of 25 kDa according to NP_203128). Recommended for use at 1 μg/mL.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
