Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain and Kidney lysates consistently showed a strong band at 100 kDa followed by bands at ~55 kDa, 45 kDa and 40 kDa at 1 µg/mL. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 196 kDa according to NP_795352.2.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows strong staining of spermatids. Recommended concentration: 3-6 µg/mL.
