Application Notes:

Western Blot: Band observed just below 20 kDa marker in HeLa, Human Brain and Mouse Brain lysates (predicted MW of 20 kDa according to NP_005710). Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was for 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
