Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 150kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 164kDa according to NP_573400.2 and 163kDa according to NP_008981.3). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
