Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. This product has been successfully used in both Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human brain: Alegre-Abarrategui J et al., Neuropathol Appl Neurobiol. 2007 Oct 26, PMID: 17971075. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Brain (hippocampus) shows staining of neuronal cytoplasm. Recommended concentration, 1-2µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
