Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 60+55kDa bands observed in Human Bone Marrow lysates and in transfected HEK293 transiently expressing CACNB4 (calculated MW of 58.2kDa according to NP_000717.2 and 54.7kDa according to NP_001005747.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Storage: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
