Pathways
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western blot: Approx 28 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 28.6 kDa according to NP_001017524.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT3 bands of approx. 35 kDa and 48 kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 µg/mL.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer Supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in Tris saline, 0.02 % sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5 % bovine serum albumin.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Minimize freezing and thawing.
