DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26-28 kDa band in Human Bone Marrow and Tonsil lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 51.5 kDa according to NP_000556.1. The 26-28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
