Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western blot: Approx 28 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 and Human Kidney lysate (calculated MW of 29.1 kDa according to NP_005976.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 µg/mL.
IHC: This product was successfully used in IHC on Mouse Tissue sections (lung adenocarcinoma induced by urethane) by an anonymous customer. Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat).
