Additional Information

Immunogen Bacterial fusion protein containing amino acid residues 830-949 of MRP3.Lymph node cells from an immunized mouse (Balb/C) fused with SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells.
Format Supernatant
Isotype IgG2b  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone M3II-21
Specificity M3II-21 reacts with an internal epitope of human MRP3, a 190-200 kDa transmembrane protein that is closely related to the multi-drug resistance protein MRP1. Does not cross-react with human MDR1, MRP1, MRP2 or MRP5 gene products. Species Reactivity: Human. Others not tested.

Application Details

Application Notes Flow Cytometry: Optimal conditions still to be defined. Immunocytochemistry: Use at a dilution of 1:20-1:50 on acetone or formaldehyde-fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry: Use at a dilution of 1:20 on acetone-fixed frozen sections. Western Blot: Use at a dilution of 1:20-1:50 (tested with anti-mouse HRP). The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
Buffer 1 mL (>200 tests) or 0.5 mL (>100 tests) containing monoclonal antibody in serum free tissue culture supernatant, with protein stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide. Antibody concentration is approximately 250 µg/mL. Sample has been filtered through a 0.22 µ
Storage Store at 4 °C for short term. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
