Additional Information

Immunogen Purified laminin-1 isolated from mouse EHS tumor.
Format Ascites
Description Laminins are a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins that are a major component of basement membranes. They are involved and/or implicated in a vast number of important biological processes that include metastasis, cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling and neurite outgrowth. Given their participation in diverse physiological processes, it is not surprising that defects in their genes or how these important proteins assemble, can lead to numerous, complex and serious diseases.
Specificity Recognizes laminin-1 Species Reactivity: Human, mouse, and rat. Others not tested.
