Application Notes Western Blot 0.3 - 1 μg/mL, Immunohistochemistry 2 - 4 μg/mL, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10 - 1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 2 - 4 μg/mL, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen 1:10 - 1:500, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:64000WB: Approx. 85 kDa band observed in human brain (cerebellum and frontal cortex) lysates and in rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 82.6 kDa band according to NP_683696.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28-30 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human prostate shows nuclear staining in the secretory cells.
