Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 60-65kDa band observed in Human Umbilical Cord lysates (calculated MW of 69.7kDa according to NP_002006.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
