Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Kidney, Pancreas and Skin lysates (calculated MW of 28.9kDa according to NP_002248.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Gao et al Nat. Med. 2007 Feb,13(2):181-8., PMID: 17259996). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
