No cross-reactivity with other human serum proteins. IgG1 for MAbs 5H3, 8E7, 8F11 and 3C2 IgG2a for MAbs 9E7 and 9D8 IgG2b for MAb 4D2

Affinity purification of human plasminogen. Detection of plasminogen in ELISA and immunohistochemistry. All MAbs work in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution must be determined by experimentation. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 8F11 – 8E7 and 5H3 – 8E7
