ELISA. RIA. Immunohistochemsitry on frozen (1: 50 - 1: 100) and paraffin (1: 50) sections. Recommended procedure for paraffin sections: Pretreatment with 0.05 % Pronase E for 20minutes. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
